I’ve been bringing my car here for a while now and have always had a good experience. Over the past year, I’ve noticed they’ve spruced up the place a bit, which is a nice touch. One of the things I really appreciate is that I can bring my dog along—makes errands a little less stressful. They also offer rides home, which is super convenient. Most importantly, the work they do is solid and reliable. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their service. Definitely a spot I trust with my car.

Was taking my car in for a warranty with at 50-50 chance was not going to cover what I needed fixed they still did a full inspection and told me everything that was wrong with my car at no cost just for the trouble that they couldn’t get the warranty to cover it for sure pricey but great work highly recommend

I was referred to Mazda's Plus by Stanislaus smog 2 years ago and have never regretted bringing my vehicles to them. The assessments of my vehicle has always been thorough, the repair jobs have been meticulous and the customer service is always phenomenal! I love how they are so willing to work with me to prioritize which repairs are emergent and how hard they try to stay within my budget when the need arises. I really feel that they go above and beyond to help us keep our vehicle running and safe for the road. We recommend their shop to everyone who is looking for a great and trustworthy mechanic!

Great first impression, my service was routine, oil change, but unique. I received a comprehensive evaluation on the vehicle with recommendations that were consistent with what I already knew and one that I didn’t and was shown a video of what the problem was, how it will impact and a solution (proactive). I explained that I need this car to provide another 100k+ miles jokingly but seriously and the team smiled with confidence to deliver, of course with participation in the preventive maintenance plan😊. I have confidence they’ll deliver, thanks for letting me share my experience!

They do great work !!! They are fast, reliable and very professional. I really appreciate how they went the extra mile for me and how they kept me informed, also but not the least the people that work there is friendly and very accommodating. I have been using Mazda plus for years for all of my vehicles. Scotty and his team have done excellent work and been super fairly priced all of the time. I stopped even considering going to anybody else because their customer service is so good! I would definitely recommend them

I was referred to Mazdas plus by Carmax. I’m so grateful to have the pleasure of meeting Scott, his mama and Beto. This business is amazing! Such a warm positive vibe and definitely a very tight family feeling crew. Every step of the way I was informed with a call and pictures explaining all the issues my car was having. My family and inlaws have been bringing our cars and trucks to this repair shop for several years because of their excellent services and extremely fair prices. On one occasion as I was picking up my Tacoma, I had my 2-year-old, who was teething and having a rough day, the service member saw the situation and asked if he could share a gift with him, a little teddy bear (see photo) to cheer him up. It made my son’s day while we did the paper work and wrapped up there. If you want a reliable repair shop and consistent quality this is a great spot.

I found Mazda’s Plus Auto through the RepairPal website while looking for a shop that works with my extended warranty. They were one of many options, but I was drawn to them because of their great reviews and strong social media presence. Their website describes them as a family-owned shop that treats customers like family, with transparent communication, experienced technicians, and convenient service, and I can honestly say all of that has been true in my experience. Their customer service and communication are excellent. They go above and beyond by taking pictures and, when appropriate, even videos to explain any recommended repairs, which really helps build confidence and understanding. Trustworthiness is one of the most important factors when choosing a mechanic, and while trust is built over time, I already feel this shop is very trustworthy. Their pricing feels fair for the quality of work they provide and is comparable to other similar repair shops. While I could shop around and possibly save a bit of money, I’m more than happy to continue giving Mazda’s Plus Auto my business because of the overall experience.
